Dayton Air Show
July 17th 2010: The day was hot at just over 90 deg F, with a haze and low cloud cover, and quick changeover from sun to cloudy conditions. These were all taken with the new Sigma 50-500 OS and a Canon 7D. Most shots are crops as we were pretty far from the action, and the only close shots would have been where they allowed aircraft to fly over the spectator area. The haze and heat played havoc on the clarity of the shots, most shots during post processing exhibited a foggy appearance, with the sun going through the haze giving a noisy texture to the images.
